Hello. Spring is here, everyone! Just the thought of it made my heart flutter. The weather was so nice and I didn’t want to stay inside. After lunch, an unwelcome intruder is coming. This is just Spring Fever.
Many workers look so tired because of their computer screen on the chair. The spring fever is the fatigue that goes through adaptations in order to fit temperature rise, and it causes the sleepiness, tiredness, indigestion, etc. It also decreases work efficiency and you may annoy.
So, how do we overcome that?
1. Sit upright
If you don’t sit straight on your chair, you will feel tired easily, and it will lead to backache. When you sit on the chair, put your behind in the center of the seat and move the hips back. Chin down, chest out, and put the soles of feet to the ground.
2. Stretching steadily
You can prevent the spring fever by regular and proper exercises. If you stretch steadily, you will overcome the spring fever and can have a large exercise effect.
Let’s all do it just 5 minutes per day!
3. Take vitamins
In the springtime, metabolism has accelerated and the vitamin consumption increases 3 to 5 times than usual. So you have better eat the foods included vitamin B1 helping to carbohydrate metabolism and vitamin C improving immunity function.

Bean, egg, spinach, pork, multigrain rice, red bean and peanut
▶ Foods rich in vitamin C:
Fruits, vegetable, shepherd’s purse, wild chive, crown daisy, water parsley and lettuce
4. Beauty sleep and nap
To reduce the spring fever, get plenty of sleep. The proper sleeping hours are 7 to 8 hours per day. If you had a rough night, the napping is good to you for about 15 minutes after lunch. But, try not to take too many naps because it reduces the likelihood of you falling asleep right away at night.
5. Avoid coffee, drinking, smoking
Excessive drinking, smoking and coffee due to sleepiness may become the cause of tiredness, and the spring fever will get worse. We recommend green plum instead of coffee. Plum tea boosts carbohydrate metabolism and relieves fatigue by its citric acid.
