Hello everyone 🙂
With 2019 coming to an end and no webinar planned for this month, we have gathered all the webinars done for the past several months. We’d like to thank all those who made it happen, from presenters to audiences, who had to wake up early in the morning or stay awake at night to prepare or learn a thing or two about our graph database technology.
Without further ado, the following are the webinar videos!
If you have missed any webinars in the past, this is the perfect opportunity to watch them and share with others on social media.

Webinar #1 The Importance of Multi-Model in GDB
Eya introduces AgensGraph, the key elements of a multi-model graph database built on a relational database. She presents several use cases to show how it can be used in action.
Webinar #3 Building a Recommendation Engine with AgensGraph
When explaining the graph database, the recommendation engine is almost always mentioned as an exemplary use case. That’s because the core of Netflix, Amazon, and IMDb, Google is a recommendation engine integrated with a graph database. In this episode, Joe explains the fundamentals of the recommendation engine and how it can be implemented by using AgensGraph.
This has been done on the most recent 8th episode for those who missed the 3rd webinar. Both webinars are more or less the same, but if you really want to compare and contrast, check the provided link!
Webinar #4: IMDB in Graph Database
Representing IMDb (Internet Movie Databases) in a graph can provide an intuitive way to query and visualize connections between casts and crews, along with the productions they work on. In this webinar, Dehowe shows how IMDb can be queried with AgensGraph via graph modeling.
Webinar #5: Data Import and Graph Modeling with AgensGraph
Due to technical difficulty in recording, webinar #2 was omitted. Thankfully, Eya prepared it once more for those who needed help with importing data and modeling graphs. Before you watch this episode, you may download the Northwind dataset from our tutorial page, turn on AgensGraph, and follow the guide step by step.
Webinar #6: Deeply Nested Data in Graph
Today’s modern databases such as the graph database often can make use of nested data structures, especially when it comes to nesting the data properties. In this episode, Eya is going to explore modeling and working with Deeply Nested Data in AgensGraph.
Webinar #7: Building Highly Scalable Graph-Powered Applications with Node.JS and TypeScript
Our first guest speaker and partner is an expert in graph database who has been consulting and training internationally on graph database topics. Jasper not only explained the graph database through various fields and use cases, but he also shared his experience in building graph-powered applications with Node.JS and Typescript using AgensGraph.
