Graph databases have been gaining momentum over the last several years. Graph databases are based on graph structures and relationships, which makes them perfect for a wide range of use cases. They are a natural selection for advanced fraud detection, network and IT operations, social networks, real-time recommendations, and master data management.
And the best place to learn more about how other creative developers are using graph is at Graph Day in Texas. This conference was held by Geekaustin and sponsored by Neo4j, IBM, Cray, Expero, Cambridge Intelligence, O’reilly, OrientDB. Nearly 500 attendees participated in this conference.
The agenda was well planned out, with keynote and breakout sessions that would appeal to developers and business leaders. They would cover real-world use cases that show how graph databases can help address many of today’s largest data challenges.
Bitnine Global also had a speech session about AgensGraph. Dr. Kim introduced the new released 1.0v AgensGraph to audiences. Especially, they were interested in our future roadmap. They expected the Agensgraph to bring a great sensation after listening the performance of database comparing to others. Bitnine didn’t publicize the specific result of benchmark comparing performance with other graph databases but Dr. Kim made sure that AgensGraph is far superior to others in terms of execution speed
In the Q&A session, we could know many people are interested in AgensGraph. Many organization such as Dell and Berkeley Data Science Group and Capsenta requested us to keep updating news on AgensGrpah after this conference.
If you would like to participate next Graph Day Conference, you can see it in San Francisco in June 2017. Bitnine also has plan to participated in next Graph Day with an updated news.
